DABS is proud to present our New Business Lectures series, Summer 2020
Finally we can unveil this Summers program! From June-August we are running a new series of one-hour business lectures, where you get the chance to go in-dept with five of the top ten job skills identified by World Economic Forum. Presented by Asger Daubjerg, International Management Education.
WEFs report ‘The Future of Jobs’ identifies the critical skills we all need to master in the future. The WEF report is based on research and interviews with HR directors around the world. DABS now offers you the chance to learn more about five of these skills, so that you can stay relevant in 2020 and beyond.
First lecture in the series of Top skills in 2020; ‘Complex Problem Solving’
Join us on Friday 19 June from 8.00-9.00am when Asger Daugbjerg will share the first lecture on Top Skills for 2020 as identified by World Economic Forum.
Complex Problem Solving is the skill to see relationships between industries and craft creative solutions to problems that are yet to appear. Complex problem-solving skills are the developed capacities used to solve novel, ill-defined problems in complex, real-world settings.
Asger will explain more about Complex Problem Solving as a skill, give some selected examples and share tools and ideas on how we can become better complex problem solvers.

All lectures will happen on Zoom.

Presenter Asger Daubjerg
Asger Daugbjerg is a businessman and experienced lecturer with more than 30 years of experience working in Europe and Asia. Asger has started and today runs two companies in Singapore: IME Singapore is a business course provider, and MiD is a business consultancy specializing in helping companies with their business strategy, innovation and marketing activities.
Asger holds a M.Sc. degree from Copenhagen Business School, and a MBA degree from Henley Management College in the UK. Furthermore, he has completed various programs at Singapore University of Social Sciences, Wharton Business School as well as Yale University.
Asger has done close to 20 business lectures for DABS members since 2018, including lectures on business strategy, storytelling, risk management and famous business books.
