4th lecture in the series of Top job skills in 2020; SERVICE ORIENTATION

Join us on 4 August from 8.00-9.00am when Asger Daugbjerg will share the forth lecture on Top Skills for 2020 as identified by World Economic Forum.

SERVICE ORIENTATION

This time we will look at the importance of offering value to clients in the form of services and assistance. The key here is to understand that everybody in an organisation is in Sales. Everybody has to contribute.

Asger will explain more about Service Orientation as a skill, give some selected examples and share tools and ideas on how we can become better at service orientation in our organisations.

Business Lectures series, Summer 2020

From June-August we are running a new series of one-hour business lectures, where you get the chance to go in-dept with five of the top ten job skills identified by World Economic Forum. Presented by Asger Daugbjerg, International Management Education

WEFs report ‘The Future of Jobs’ identifies the critical skills we all need to master in the future. The WEF report is based on research and interviews with HR directors around the world. DABS now offers you the chance to learn more about five of these skills, so that you can stay relevant in 2020 and beyond.
