Writing the New Netiquette:
Questions and considerations for your company’s new online communication policy.

When Heather Hansen spoke to you back in early June about leading virtual teams, we had more questions than answers when it came to connecting and communicating online. Now it’s obvious that remote work and online (and hybrid) events are here to stay. It’s time to take action to be sure your teams are living up to the new netiquette – the expectations we now have for online communication and engagement.

The problem is, many leadership teams still aren’t sure what those expectations are or should be.

In this new talk developed specifically for DABS, Heather will be sharing the best practices that her clients have been putting into place over the past 6 months to enhance their online presence, improve their team engagement, and communicate with confidence online.

They’re writing the New Netiquette in their companies. Are you?

Key questions and considerations we’ll cover:

  • Company investment in home offices – is it worth it?

  • Differences in policies for internal and external communication

  • The challenge of hybrid events

  • Online communication policies you need in place before it’s too late

All participants will receive a copy of Heathers New Netiquette Policy Checklist to help you and your leadership team ask the right questions when developing your online communication policies.
