Johan Bergendorff started his career with PwC and have 15 years’ experience from M&A banking, private equity & venture capital investments, and held senior management positions across the U.K., U.S., Europe, and Singapore.
In 2017, Johan was parachuted in to run the turnaround of a U.S. publicly-traded company and a portfolio of privately-owned companies in severe financial distress.
Johan is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, a CFA Charterholder, certified to sit on SGX boards, board member of the European Chamber of Commerce, President of DABS, and Managing Director of Caterpillar Capital.
