About the speaker
Leong Y., Master's Programme Director at Hyper Island
Leong Y is an interdisciplinary practitioner with a diverse career spanning human psychology, social sciences, technology, and leadership. As a Master's Programme Director, he guides individuals, teams, and organisations through transformation journeys, leveraging his unique blend of experiences.
Renowned as an expert facilitator and learning designer, he has crafted impactful learning experiences and transformation programs for over 150 master's students and diverse learners from 20+ industries.
At Hyper Island, he leads Master's modules on Leadership, Systems Thinking, Future Scenarios, and Emerging Technologies. Furthermore, he consults on Digital Transformation, conducts workshops on Agile Ways of Working, and coaches leaders on transformational leadership, including those from leading tech unicorns.
