Michael Booth is a Certified Financial Planner, General Tax Practitioner, and Board Member with close to a decade of experience in international financial services. Originally from South Africa, Michael has worked across Asia from Vietnam to China and now in Singapore. In his capacity as Associate Partner of St. James’s Place, Michael provides holistic, multijurisdictional financial planning to globally mobile professionals and their families ensuring that their affairs are well structured to ensure they can achieve their objectives as well as to ensure continuity in the event of a tragedy.
Batya Shulman
Partner, Private Wealth Management, Select Investors.
Batya Shulman is a Chartered Accountant, Licenced Financial Adviser and Board Member with over 27 years international banking and financial services experience.
Born in South Africa, Batya has lived and worked in Sydney, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Batya was previously CFO, at an Australian Bank before joining St. James’s Place Wealth Management. Batya now practices as a Partner at Select Investors, a division of SJP.
Batya is passionate about empowering and educating individuals on financial well-being and helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners reach their long-term financial goals and objectives. Batya loves all things fitness-related, dark chocolate and coffee! She is also a mother to 3 boys.
Kia Holm Reimer

Drawing from over a decade as an expat, Kia has navigated the highs and lows.
An absolute low prompted Kia to delve into in-depth research and interviews revealing the startling statistic that 40% of expatriations fail!
Determined to change this reality, Kia authored a book and founded Expat Advising, with a mission to ensure that no other expat experiences the lows she did.
What started as a solo endeavor has since evolved into a team of experts, trusted partners, and a niche portfolio of scalable, plug-and-play products and services. Today, Expat Advising supports a growing number of companies, expats, expat families, governments, and academic institutions.
Kia has been an entrepreneur throughout her expat life. She holds a Master's in Business Administration. She is Danish, married, has two third-culture children, and has lived in Denmark, France, UAE, and Singapore.
