About the speaker
TANIA LEGER is an Executive Coach and Intercultural Trainer. She has delivered intercultural management training programs and executive coaching to senior level executives for the past 22 years. Tania has worked with individuals from over 180 global companies in Singapore, China and the Philippines. In Singapore, she has worked with Danish companies such as LEGO, Ørsted, ISS, Grundfos, Danfoss and Vestas.
Tania is an ICF Certified Coach (PCC) with over 2500 hours of coaching experience. She completed her certification in Integral Coaching with New Ventures West, and in Coaching with the Enneagram with iEQ9 (Integrative 9 Enneagram Solutions). Her passion is to work in aligning mind, body and heart so that her clients can integrate their authenticity as a fundamental part of who they are as a leader.
Born in Switzerland, Tania graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in International Management. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).
Tania is a permanent resident of Singapore and has three daughters born in Beijing, Manila and Singapore.
