Work smarter, not harder

In this DABS Business Lecture we will discuss how to talk the talk and walk the walk in terms of Lean & Process Management. Or in other words: How to better be able to understand, challenge and improve the processes in your company and support those people responsible for improving it.

The main focus will be based on ‘best in class’ methods and tools used in manufacturing, however we will also discuss examples related to non-manufacturing industries.
 
We will look into the following areas:
What is Lean
How to create flow
Hot eliminate waste
Reducing non-value add
Standardize and sustain
 
We encourage participants to bring examples of Lean challenges which we can then discuss in this lecture.
